Candi the Brave Caddisfly crochet toy and story booklet

We have something new for you.  It’s a hand made crochet toy and story booklet. Candice Feole makes these in Tennessee and we wrote a story to go along with them.  

As our customers get older they have children and their children's children have kids too.  Plus many of our friends have friends that have new family members, so we wanted to do something for this segment of our customer base.  

This soft toy is approx. 4 x 4 x 8 and some with an 8 1/2 x 11 story booklet.  Candi can come out of her case and put back in to help young children with dexterity.  However, we soon found that older little kids like our own Paisley and Parker love them too, and immediately asked if there were going to be more to come.  I don't know the answer to that just yet.  The story booklet is meant to be a read to a child, although it has a couple pictures in it.  If this works we can illustrate the book more into a children's hardcover book.  

The story is about Candi the case caddisfly that lives in a trout stream with her friends the Salamander, the Dragon Fly nymph, Stonefly nymph and little water penny.  There is a flash flood and Candi is washed down stream only to find a new place to be safe.  In doing so she learns what really makes a home; it's not the place, its the people.
