Our rods are not imported, they are made here in Utica, NY.  Yes, we make our rods right here in New York. Here are some scraps to prove it. Our rods range from e-glass to 36, 43, 57 million modulus graphite, as well as a blend of 43 and 57 in the ONYX.  these two components make the Reuben Wood 6 foot 2 piece fiberglass fly rod the only one in the world like it. No one else uses a metal ferrule on a fiberglass rod. We do, because it is retro cool.  The 6 foot 2 piece Reuben Wood fiberglass fly rod features a reel seat with rope knurl and a diamond etched JP Ross crest on the butt cap. Don't worry about the silver plating coming off... it won't, because its not plated. It's solid Silver Alloy, made in CT by REC components.   Simply Fish. Each have mayfly butt cap engraving. The fore reel is the Galvan Rush, the aft reel is the Galvan spoke. The beaver Adams is available for $155.00 and comes with a tube, a standard grip and a black reel seat as shown. Feather inlay and inscription are also included.  quality epoxy finish    9 foot for a 7 weight with fullwells grip titanium 43t big game seat, small cross and crest on the case cap.   Here is a typical Blue Line rod with black seat and laminated cocobolo insert and western grip.  on special edition rods and corporate rods we will add our traditional wax seal and ribbon. Proof that these rods are made in America by craftsmen.   This rod was built with black down lock seat with maple burl wood. The rod also has a 6 inch cigar grip, green case with brass cap.
