With my wedding date fast approaching, I needed to find a groom's gift for my husband-to-be. An avid fisherman of all types (bass, salt, fly etc.) I knew that I wanted a gift that would be memorable and unique, a gift that could incorporate his love of the outdoors, with my love for him.

I even had it "engraved" with our wedding date and the words "happily ever after."

The flyrod was a HUGE hit and the groomsmen and the other guys at the wedding were green with envy - it was the talk of the night. I highly recommend a custom made rod from JP Ross - it is the perfect gift to mark those once in a lifetime occasions.

My rod arrived yesterday!! was trying your beauty and honestly I never have cast so smooth with a rod like yours (with a WF5F Airflo Polyfuse 7000)! very very special your rod! have tried rods in the class around $250-$300 but your rod is extraordinary! Have a XXXXXXXXXXXX buyed last year but ist was build completely wrong!! the guides are placed on the opposite place of the spline -> no possible to cast or charge the flyline even with double tensible force no possible!! I will have a lot of pleasure with your rod!! Jordan at this opportunity I would say thank you again for your kindness and efforts to sell the rod overseas!!!
